Austrian food to feature in organic trade fair
Austria is expected to be well represented at next week’s BioFach 2012 international organic trade fair in Nuremberg, Germany. Some 90 companies and organisations from the Austrian organic good sector will feature at the fair from 15 to 18 February.
For several years now BioFach have been pioneering organic food and will once again be promoting it at the world’s leading exhibition for certified organic products. Some 40 of the Austrian businesses participating will put on a group exhibition in collaboration with Bio Austria and the Chamber of Commerce organised by Agrarmarkt Austria Marketing.
The organic market is growing worldwide every year, above all in Europe and the USA and through BioFach the organisation hopes to market the industry in a "purposeful and sustainable way". Around 2,500 companies will be exhibiting in Nuremberg next week with some 44,000 visitors expected to attend.
