Cook and Look exhibits in Vienna

An exhibition of good food and wine complete with cooking exhibitions from star chefs will take place in Vienna this weekend.

The ‘Cook & Look Show' will take place from 12 to 15 January at The Vienna Trade Fair Centre in Vienna, Austria.

The star chefs such as Mike Süsser, Frank Öhler and Andreas Schweiger, will cook their signature dishes in front of visitors every hour of every day to increase the interest in the holiday-exhibition even further.

There are many top partners and sponsors at the event which was started five years ago.  Over 300 exhibitors donate their specialities for example the ‘Tennengauer Almkäs’, ‘steirische Käferbohne’. There is a wide array of local, national and international products, top kitchen gadgets, cooking tips and much more.

With 117,000 visitors the culinary exhibition in 2011 was a great success and will be even bigger this year according to the organisers.

At the same time Vienna's Classic Car Show, ‘auto2011’ is taking place in a neighbouring hall ensuring entertainment for all the family.

At the Cook and Look show one can watch star chefs in action, get great cooking tips and check out the range of fantastic local producers and fresh food and even get a chance to taste some local products.

The exhibition takes place at: Winer Messegelände, Halle B and is open on Thursday from 10am – 7pm and from Friday until Sunday from 10am – 6pm.
