Some of the world’s best vocalists are ready to rock Vienna.
Bands from Germany, Sweden and Great Britain among other countries will hit the stage at the 14th edition of Voice Mania, a festival celebrating the versatility of singers, beatboxers and a capella artists.
Concerts will take place at venues across the city such as Haus der Musik and Theater am Spittelberg between 4 November and 4 December. Austrian trio Rounder Girls will perform at the Minoritenkirche church on 24 November before Germany’s Musix and Kongero – an all-female four-member format from Sweden – will draw the crowds at the Vindobona one day later.
Forty soloists and bands from 15 countries from all over the world will perform for 17 nights at Voice Mania 2011, festival organiser Nuschin Vossoughi said.
