Simian Mobile Disco to rock former Vienna sauna

English dance music stars Simian Mobile Disco will perform in Vienna next month, it was announced today (Fri).

Music news portal Britishrock.cc reports the duo are lined up to rock the Pratersauna in Vienna on 24 April. The venue was a sauna for many years before it was turned into a hip nightlife hotspot last year.

Simian Mobile Disco have so far released two studio albums, one remix record and a live CD. Member James Ford has worked as a producer for top acts like Last Shadow Puppets and Klaxons.

Other upcoming live music highlights are the show of German techno pioneer Sven Väth at the Flex in Vienna on 18 May and the concert of American rock legends Kiss in Vienna’s Stadthalle on 20 May.
