Sisters against burn-out

Sisters from Aspach in Upper-Austria are making the art of calming-down the new sense of life in a bid to help prevent burn-outs – a case of long term exhaustion.

Reinforcement of the joie de vivre, confidence and the utmost tranquillity are the result of Kneipp's traditional five-step plan – life order, nutrition, homoeopathic plants, exercise and water.

"Sense against non-sense", in psychiatric Viktor E. Frankl's words, gives courage to many people all over the world – Aspach included. "Impulses for my life" are at the centre of the regeneration week in the Upper-Austrian district of Innviertel.

Existential analysis and logo-therapy – the psycho-spiritual wellness aspect of existential psychology – are performed by professionals to focus on the individual.

Even one week of relaxation training, good conversation, healthy food and light exercise can cause a small miracle. Slowly, in the "indoor pool of experiences of the senses", the real value of life slowly become clear again.
