Soup attack on busy farmer
A pensioner poured inedible soup over a farmer and his tractor for disturbing his siesta.
The angered man, 65, spilled the foul-smelling dish over his neighbour, 39, and the tractor when he refused to stop ploughing around midday yesterday (Mon). Police in Aschach near Sierning, Upper Austria, said the attacker would face charges for damaging private property.
Only last week, a 46-year-old man had to be hospitalised after his girlfriend injured him with two kitchen knives at their apartment in Vienna. She flew into a rage after he criticised her cooking skills. The woman, 44, is in custody.
