Brothers arrested after massive drug find

By Thomas Hochwarter

Two brothers have been arrested in Lower Austria for "professional" drug-dealing.

Officials in Wiener Neustadt said today (Fri) the pair – aged 23 and 29 – are being held on suspicion of "dealing with drugs on a commercial scale".

Cops arrested the Turkish men in their flat in the town where they are alleged to have sold "large amounts of cannabis over the last two years".

Police said they confiscated marihuana with a street-sale value of 42,000 Euros in the flat.

They added the brothers may be linked to dozens of drug offences in eastern Austria.
