Bad Radkersburg spa to expand

The "Parktherme" spa park in Bad Radkersburg, Styria, will be renovated and expanded beginning this autumn, Mayor Peter Merlini announced yesterday (Tues).

He said renovation of the old spa park would cost 22 million Euros and he would seek a subsidy from the provincial government for the work.

Merlini, who is also the park manager, added that a new bio-hotel with 200 beds would be constructed and said the work would create 60 new jobs.

Prices at the park, he added, would continue to be adjusted in accordance with market developments.
