Alessandra wrote on 04. 03. 2010 from Spain about "Vienna flat prices up..."
The rents may be up in Vienna but are still lower than major cities in Spain and yet with a higher wage. Renting short-term in Vienna is good value for vacations and keeps the prices low from competing hotels and accommodations. In Neubau, rentals such as the ViennaFlatSeven studios http://viennaflatseven.wordpress.com/ are giving more expensive options a run for their money in Vienna.
