Austrian owners of four hotels in Croatia are reportedly planning to drop their asking prices for the businesses after failing to find buyers for the last two years.
Local media reported that Austrian AG company – which owns the Bristol and Astoria hotels in Opatija and the hotel Apoksiomen on the island of Mali Losinj – are prepared to drop 20 per cent off their original asking price for all three hotels.
The company, which owns hotels across Europe, carried out extensive renovations to the Aposkiomen, Bristol and Astoria in 2004 and 2005, the "Tportal" web site reported.
The four hotels are on offer as a package or individually.
