Couldnt Weight

A 32-stone man died of a heart attack after a 999 ambulance carrying him to hospital collapsed because of his bulk, say officials in Varna, Bulgaria.

Medics despatched a fire engine to collect him but Petko Petkov, 54, died of heart failure before it got to him.
