Porn fee
Stuffy TV authorities in Romania have banned an application to set up a locally owned and filmed hardcore pay-per-view porn channel saying there is no demand for sex on television.
Instead the National Audiovisual Council approved a 24 hour farming channel Agro24 with programmes on crop rotation, ploughing, milking cows and chicken rearing.
