Europe's oldest gym teacher has staged a mass class for pensioners to show them how to stay fit - at 105 years old.
Elena Tarcevscki - from Bucharest, Romania - says she has started every morning with a workout or a jog for more than a hundred years.
"I've never smoked and I've never drunk alcohol and no matter what has happened and where I am I have always exercised," she said.
"Some of these people here are youngsters - only in their 70s - and I can still outperform them," she added.
