European Court of Human Rights judges ruled that Romanian fraudster Dan Jiga should have been allowed to wear his own clothes while he was in a Romanian jail awaiting trial
Politician Jiga - now serving four years for taking bribes - was also awarded 2,000 GBP in costs.
