Coffin fit

Two people died when their bus plunged down an embankment after the driver was distracted by a passenger's coughing fit.

More than 30 other passengers were injured when the coach full of holidaymakers crashed near Ulm, Germany, and slid nearly 200ft on its side after leaving the road, said police spokesman Christian Owsinski.
