Saddled

A boozy cyclist is appealing after judges saddled him with a 15 year ban - and told him to get a horse.

Sozzled Christopher Hahn, 24, was banned after he was caught three times over the drink drive limit on his way home following a drinking session in Giessen, Germany.

Judges told him the only personal transport he could take now would be a horse.

Now Hahn is to appeal the decision claiming he is allergic to horses.

"They are forcing me to damage my health and laughing at my disability. It is a breach of my human rights," he said.
