A loser on Germany's version of Britain's Got Talent is taking the show to court claiming they digitally altered his ears so he'd get fewer votes.

Oddball singer Michael Daum, 37, says German broadcaster RTL also edited out the studio audience's cheers for his version of 'My Heart Will Go On' and replaced them with boos.

"They took my cheers and edited them into other people's performances. I was robbed of a victory," he said.

RTL spokesman Frank Rendez would only say: "We are not allowed to comment on the allegations as they are now before the court."
