Airs One I Made Earlier

A Chinese tycoon has been trying to solve Beijing's choking pollution problem - by giving away cans of fresh air.

Billionaire Chen Guangbiao seals sweet air from the countryside in the ring pull cans and then distributes them in the capital, which has been plagued by thick traffic and industrial fumes.

Green inventor Chen - the founder of Jiangsu Huangpu Recycling Resources Company - is one of China's biggest philanthropists and a shameless self-publicist.

"The serious point about this is that you can't poison people indefinitely.

"We all need pure, fresh air just to live," he explained.

Last year he gave away 1,000 bicycles to encourage green transport.

Chen - known as Brother Biao to his fans - claims to have given away nearly 130 million GBP to good causes and says he will not leave a penny to his relatives when he dies.
